• Transfer film layer– High-definition digital printing reproduces authentic wood, stone, marble, or leather patterns with vivid color and sharp detail. A high-quality transfer film ensures excellent adhesion to the surface without missing prints or de-printing issues.
• Crust layer– The quality of the crust determines the smoothness and gloss of the final product. Premium-grade crust materials produce a uniformly glossy, even surface with a pleasing tactile feel.
• PS foam core– The core material purity directly impacts product toughness, flexibility, and long-term dimensional stability. Pure white core materials (medium-white or better) contain fewer impurities, delivering superior durability without cracking or deformation.

Unlike traditional wall materials that require heavy structural support, PS wall panels are incredibly lightweight—approximately 1.5 to 5.2 kg per panel. Installation is straightforward: panels can be cut to size on-site using a utility knife or saw, then secured with construction adhesive or mechanical fasteners. Q2. How long does shipping take?

Samples usually ship within 5–7 business days. For bulk orders, production takes about 15–20 days after order confirmation, depending on the quantity and customization.

Q3. Are PS wall panels really waterproof?

  They are moisture-resistant and mold-proof. PS material itself absorbs very little water (below 0.5%), plus the surface has a protective film or coating. So they work great in high-humidity areas like bathroom dry zones and kitchens. But don't soak them in water – that's not what they're made for.

Q4. What's the difference between PS and SPC wall panels?

In simple terms:

• PS panelsare plastic-based, very lightweight, and offer good thermal and acoustic insulation. They're great for accent walls, home theaters, or saving energy on heating/cooling.
• SPC panelsare made of stone powder + PVC, heavier and harder, and 100% waterproof. They're perfect for bathrooms, showers, and kitchens where water is common.

Q5. Can I remove and reinstall them later?

Yes – if you install them without glue (using click-lock or screw fasteners), you can take them down and reinstall them somewhere else. If you use strong glue, the panels might get damaged when removed. So if you plan to move or change styles later, choose a glue-free installation.

Q6. Are PS panels more expensive than traditional wall materials?

Compared to real wood veneer or natural stone, PS panels are much cheaper. Compared to regular decorative panels, they're about the same or slightly higher. But that little extra cost gets you light weight, built-in insulation, super easy installation – things traditional materials can't offer at the same price. All in all, great value for money.
