PVC UV board is a board with UV protection on the surface. UV paint is ultraviolet light curing paint, also known as light-initiated paint. It is formed by coating UV paint on the PVC board and then drying it with a UV light curing machine. PVC UV board has the characteristics of bright color, wear resistance, strong chemical resistance, long service life, no discoloration, and easy cleaning. Its base material is PVC resin powder, which is produced by co-extrusion foaming process and has good weather resistance and UV resistance.

Core technology: UV light curing technology is used to instantly cure the film through ultraviolet light irradiation to form a high hardness and high gloss surface. The co-extrusion foaming process is used to ensure the flatness and hardness of the board.

Manufacturing process: After the PVC resin powder is mixed with the additives, it is produced through high-speed mixing, low-speed cold mixing, conical twin-screw extrusion, die shaping (co-extrusion foaming), cooling and shaping, multi-roller traction, and product cutting.
