Raw material handling​​​​

PS resin foam​​ : Polystyrene particles are foamed at high temperature (temperature 180-220℃) to form a closed-cell structure with controllable density.​​

Filler Mixing​​ Add calcium carbonate powder (20-40 mesh) or wood fiber (40-60 mesh) to enhance the rigidity of the board.​​

Molding process​​​​

Compression Molding​​ : Special-shaped structures (such as grilles, reliefs) are pressed out through molds with an accuracy of ±0.5mm.​​

Extrusion​​ : Continuously extruded sheet, width up to 1.5m, thickness error ≤±0.2mm.​​

Surface treatment​​​​

UV paint​​ : Three-coat-one-bake process, film thickness ≥ 20μm, wear resistance up to 3000 revolutions (Taber test).​​

Wood grain transfer​​ : Vacuum thermal transfer technology, texture clarity up to 800dpi, adhesion ≥ level 1 (ASTM D3359).​​
