Technology and process

UV light curing technology instantly cures into a film through ultraviolet light irradiation, forming a high hardness and high gloss surface.

Manufacturing process: The first layer is a transparent protective film made of PVC; the second layer is the surface film layer, using a special water-based PVC film, PP scratch-resistant film, PET-G high-gloss film; the third and seventh layers are light-cured layers; the fourth and sixth layers are PP co-extruded skin layers; the fifth layer is a carbon crystal layer.

Use PUR hot melt adhesive technology to cover the mask with different colors, such as wood grain, cloth grain, solid color, stone grain, etc.
