How Wave PS Panels Are Made

  Wave PS panels are produced using precision-molded or CNC-engraved techniques that carve continuous wave patterns into high-density PS foam. The wave amplitude (height difference between crest and trough) and wavelength (distance between waves) can be customized to create subtle ripples or bold ocean swells.
