Imagine a wall or counter surface that brings the timeless elegance of natural marble to your bathroom vanity or kitchen backsplash, yet never needs sealing, resists stains, and won’t crack from everyday bumps—this is the effortless experience offered by artificial marble sheets.
The core advantage lies in its scientific formulation. By blending high-grade unsaturated polyester resin, natural marble powder, and pigments under vacuum vibration and high-temperature curing, it forms a dense, non-porous composite structure. This structure delivers near-zero water absorption, acid and alkali resistance, and excellent stain resistance. Whether in a shower area filled with daily steam or a kitchen countertop frequently exposed to oil and sauces, it stays pristine and new, completely eliminating the sealing and staining problems that plague natural stone.

Application Scenario:
Whether it's a kitchen island used for daily meal prep, a bathroom vanity prone to water splashes, or a hotel front desk and commercial showroom seeing constant traffic, artificial marble sheets handle it all with ease. In residential kitchens, oil and sauce spills wipe clean instantly; in bathrooms, soap scum and hard water stains won't penetrate the surface; in commercial spaces such as restaurants, clinics, or clothing stores, the elegant stone look elevates the ambiance while requiring minimal daily cleaning. Even for fireplace surrounds or accent walls, the lightweight and durable nature greatly simplifies installation—easy to cut, quick to install, with stunning results.
Characteristic Effects:
Artificial marble sheets are manufactured from approx. 70–75% natural marble powder and approx. 25–30% unsaturated polyester resin, with added pigments and curing agents. Standard sheet dimensions: 2440×760×2mm or 2440×1220×3mm. The surface is polished to a gloss of ≥85 GU, comparable to real stone. The back side features a non-slip texture for better adhesive bonding. Fire rating可达 Class B1 (GB 8624-2012), formaldehyde emission meets E0 grade, water absorption rate <0.1%. For wall applications, use specialized construction adhesive; for countertops, adhere to plywood or cement substrate. Joints can be seamlessly bonded with color-matched resin adhesive.
