 6.Professional Consultation & FAQ

      1.Where is your factory located?

   No. 10-1 Lianhong Road, Yuanhua Town, Haining City, Zhejiang Province (same factory area as the SPC wall panel production line).

   2.What is the delivery time?

• Sample Orders: Shipped the next day after order placement.
• Bulk Orders: Shipped 15–25 days after production confirmation (depending on quantity and customization requirements).

   3.Are PU stone panels waterproof? Can they be used in shower areas?

   Yes, the closed-cell polyurethane core makes them 100% waterproof. However, for long-term immersion (such as shower floors), we recommend using SPC wall panels. PU stone panels are ideal for areas above the splash zone of shower walls.

   4.How to install PU stone panels on exterior walls?

   Apply construction structural adhesive (polyurethane or hybrid adhesive is recommended) to the back of the panel, press it firmly onto a clean, dry base surface (concrete, brick wall, cement board, or old tiles are all acceptable), and optionally reinforce with 2–3 screws through the reserved groove. Fill the panel gaps with weather-resistant sealant.

   5.Can these panels be repainted?

   The factory-applied topcoat is UV-resistant, designed to last over 10 years without repainting. If you want to change the color, lightly sand the surface and apply high-quality exterior acrylic paint.

    6.What is the difference between PU stone panels and SPC wall panels?

• SPC wall panels (stone plastic composite panels) are only 3.8–4mm thick, flat and waterproof, most suitable for indoor wet areas (such as flat bathroom walls).
• PU stone panels are 16–80mm thick, with three-dimensional embossed textures, used for interior and exterior wall decoration to present a realistic stone effect.

Choose SPC: If you need a seamless, completely flat, waterproof wall.

Choose PU STONE: If you want real stone three-dimensionality and natural texture.

   7.Do you provide samples?

Free A4-sized samples are available (freight collect). Custom color samples can be completed within 7 days.
