Aluminum honeycomb wall panels are composite panels with high-strength aluminum alloy panels as the surface layer and hexagonal aluminum honeycomb core materials embedded inside. The honeycomb core structure is tightly combined with the panel through adhesives to form a lightweight and high-rigidity whole. The surface is sprayed with fluorocarbon or wood grain transfer technology, which combines metal texture with natural texture, has super corrosion resistance, heat insulation, sound insulation and impact resistance, and is suitable for indoor and outdoor decoration, curtain walls, ceilings and other scenes. It is a high-performance material to replace traditional aluminum panels, stone, and wood.

Core material manufacturing

​​​​Aluminum honeycomb core molding​​ : The aluminum foil is stretched and etched to form a regular hexagonal honeycomb structure with an aperture accuracy of ±0.05mm.​​

Adhesive curing​​ : Use epoxy modified polyurethane adhesive, high temperature and high pressure curing (temperature 80℃±5℃, pressure 0.8MPa).​​

Panel processing​​​​

Anodizing​​ : Surface hardness reaches HV150, scratch resistance (pencil hardness 3H).​​

Fluorocarbon spraying​​ : Three-coat-one-bake process, film thickness ≥40μm, salt spray resistance ≥5000 hours.​​
