How UV curing works
UV (ultraviolet) curing is a high-efficiency photochemical reaction. Liquid photosensitive resin is exposed to UV lamps and within seconds undergoes cross-linking polymerization, transforming from liquid to solid, forming a dense three-dimensional network. The process requires no heat, releases no solvents – environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
