Hollow extrusion process:
1. Raw material ratio (appropriate addition of foaming agent to reduce weight)
2. Conical twin-screw extrusion
3. Hollow mold forming (vacuum shaping)
4. Water cooling/air cooling setting
5. Traction cutting
6. Optional: Internally filled with solid wood strips to enhance sound insulation
7. Edge banding treatment (PVC edge banding/aluminum alloy edge banding)
8. Surface UV coating or heat transfer wood grain
