A single hexagon tile does not look like much on its own, but arranged together they turn a plain wall into a honeycomb feature that also happens to control sound. This panel is built as a modular tile system rather than a fixed sheet, so the layout is left in the designer's hands.
Each hexagon measures 300mm point to point and 8mm thick, pressed from dense polyester fiber felt. Tiles connect edge to edge with no visible fixing hardware, keeping the honeycomb pattern clean and uninterrupted.

Measure the wall area and sketch the honeycomb grid at 300mm spacing
Choose one, two, or three colors to set a solid, ombre, or patterned look
Start from the center or a corner and work outward tile by tile
Trim edge tiles last to fit the wall boundary cleanly
Because each tile is independent, three common layout styles cover most projects: a single solid color for a quiet, uniform wall, a two-tone gradient that fades from dark to light across the panel run, or a scattered multi-color pattern for a more playful, branded look in retail and hospitality spaces.
