PVC ceiling is a decorative material made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as the main raw material, calcium carbonate powder and stabilizer are added, and it is compounded through high temperature and high pressure process. The surface adopts printing, transfer or lamination technology, which can simulate various textures such as wood grain and stone grain, and has the characteristics of waterproof and moisture-proof, fire retardant, light weight and high strength. It is suitable for scenes with high humidity or high decorative requirements such as kitchens, bathrooms, hospitals, and commercial spaces, and is an ideal substitute for traditional gypsum boards and aluminum gussets.

Excellent performance The moisture resistance is better than that of ordinary wood veneer (water absorption expansion rate ≤ 0.5%), and the deformation resistance is outstanding. It is scratch-resistant (pencil hardness 3H), and the service life is twice that of PVC gusset plate.

Technology and craftsmanshipRaw material handling
PVC mixed with calcium carbonate : Calcium carbonate powder (80-120 mesh) is mixed with PVC resin in proportion to enhance the rigidity of the board.
Stabilizer addition : Use lead salt composite stabilizer to ensure no decomposition during high temperature extrusion.
Molding process
Calendering :High temperature (180℃-220℃) and high pressure (15kg/cm²) compounding, thickness error ≤±0.2mm.
Hollow structure design : The heat transfer coefficient is only one thousandth of that of aluminum, and it has excellent thermal insulation performance.
Surface treatmentUV paint : Three-coat-one-bake process, film thickness ≥30μm, wear resistance up to 5000 revolutions (Taber test).
Wood grain transfer Vacuum thermal transfer technology, texture clarity up to 1200dpi, adhesion ≥ level 1 (ASTM D3359).
Quality InspectionFormaldehyde release : EN 717-1 standard, closed cabin test ≤ 0.05mg/m³.
