What is the difference between integrated wall and PVC gusset?

The predecessor of the integrated wall can be said to be a PVC gusset. After the improvement of the formula and the change of the mold, the integrated wall surface is now obtained.
The integrated walls currently on the market are divided into:
1. Bamboo and wood fiber integrated wall (the largest sales volume, wood-plastic foaming process)
2. Aluminum alloy integrated wall (aluminum surface, polyurethane foam material in the middle, aluminum foil on the back)
3. Stone-plastic integrated wall (the so-called engineering board, which can be made very low-end because of the formula)
Generally, there are matching matching lines for decoration:
Among them, the principle of aluminum alloy is very simple and easy to distinguish. The surface aluminum sheet is formed, the middle polyurethane foam layer is insulated, and the bottom aluminum foil is waterproof. Both bamboo fiber and stone plastic are based on PVC resin. The main material of bamboo fiber is foamed PVC+calcium carbonate+bamboo wood or wood flour. Stone plastic is simple, mainly composed of PVC + stone powder.

The difference between the two is as follows:
1. The appearance is different: the appearance of bamboo fiberboard has a wooden effect, while the stone plastic has the appearance of a plastic board.
2. The density is different: the bamboo fiberboard is micro-foamed, so the density is smaller and the board is lighter, while the stone-plastic board is a solid extrusion, so the density is higher and the board is heavier.
3. Different physical properties: bamboo fiberboard has a certain degree of thermal expansion and contraction due to the existence of foaming, so the product is mainly V-seam; while the thermal expansion and contraction of stone-plastic board are almost ignored, so flat seams are also good.
Excellent bamboo-wood fiber integrated wallboard, the general section feels neat and tidy, the density is moderate, and the joints are strengthened by co-extrusion.
In addition, many people talk about the color change of PVC. In fact, PVC has a long history in the use of building materials. It does not have formaldehyde pollution, is waterproof and flame-retardant, and is a recyclable material. The popular stone plastic flooring and sports flooring in foreign countries, including All kinds of water pipes, doors and windows, etc., are all made of PVC.
