PU wall panels are composite panels made of polyurethane (PU) as the core material, formed by continuous foaming or molding, and covered with wear-resistant coatings or decorative film layers. Its core features include high impact resistance, excellent sound insulation and heat insulation, and environmental protection. They are suitable for scenes with high requirements for material strength and functionality, such as commercial spaces, public facilities, and high-end homes.

Raw material handling
PU foaming process :Using high-pressure foaming technology (temperature 20-30℃), a honeycomb structure with a closed-cell rate of ≥90% is formed, and the density is precisely controllable.
Additive mixing : Add glass fiber (5-15%) to enhance rigidity, or aluminum hydroxide flame retardant (up to A2 grade).Molding processContinuous extrusion The width can reach 1.2m, the thickness error is ≤±0.3mm, and the surface flatness is high.
Compression Molding : Customized special-shaped structures (such as arc, hollow), accuracy ±0.2mm.
Surface treatment
UV coating : Three-coat and two-bake process, film thickness ≥ 25μm, wear resistance up to 5000 revolutions (Taber test).
Metallization : Vacuum electroplated aluminum layer, reflectivity ≥85%, strong corrosion resistance.
Wood grain transfer : Laser engraved texture, clarity up to 1200dpi, adhesion ≥ grade 1 (ASTM D3359).
Quality Inspection
Fire test : Class A2 (EN 13501-1), flame spread time ≥ 60 minutes.
Environmental certification : Passed GREENGUARD Gold, FSC certification, CE certification (EU).
Physical properties :Impact strength ≥50kJ/m² (GB/T 1732 standard).
