WPC floor (Wood Plastic Composite) is a new type of environmentally friendly floor made of wood fiber or bamboo fiber as the core raw material, compounded with PVC resin, flame retardant, etc. through high temperature and high pressure process. Its structure is divided into four layers: wear-resistant layer (UV coating), wood grain/stone grain decorative layer, fiber reinforced base material layer and silent layer. It has both the texture of real wood and the waterproof and moisture-proof performance of plastic, and is suitable for indoor and outdoor full-scene floor decoration.

Raw material preparation
Substrate Mixing Wood fiber (50-60%) + PVC resin (30-40%) + carbon fiber anti-corrosion layer (5-10%), adding aluminum hydroxide flame retardant to improve to A2 grade.
Surface coating : UV curing coating (film thickness ≥ 20μm), wear resistance increased by 30%.
Molding process
Extrusion : Twin-screw extruder (temperature 170-195℃) continuously extrudes the base material, and four-roll calendering is used to determine the thickness (error ±0.2mm).
Composite process : The decorative layer (printing accuracy 1200dpi) and the wear-resistant layer (0.3mm) are hot-pressed together, and the laminating pressure is ≥5MPa.
Post-processing technology
Hydrophobic hole design :The internal through holes of the substrate are connected to the hydrophobic holes to drain the accumulated water and prevent internal corrosion.
Antique treatment : Pickling, burning, litchi surface and other processes to simulate the weathering effect of natural stone.
Quality Control
Physical Testing:Abrasion resistance revolutions ≥8000 revolutions (GB/T 18102), noise test ≤32dB (EN 14041).
Environmental certification : Passed GREENGUARD Gold, FSC certification, CE certification (EU).
Special Process
Anti-corrosion treatment : Carbon fiber anti-corrosion layer (carbon fiber filament braiding) enhances corrosion resistance and extends service life.
Enhanced elasticity: The seafoam cushion absorbs water and expands to improve the elasticity of the foot, and restores its hardness after drying.
