3.1 3D Stereo Crater Texture

   Different from flat printed patterns, each crater of PU Moon Stone Wall is a real concave-convex three-dimensional structure. The mold is made by high-precision CNC engraving or original replication of natural meteorite texture. The height difference between the raised crater walls and the concave crater bottom can reach 5–10mm, producing a gradient effect of light and shadow under illumination, and presenting different visual depths when viewed from different angles. This real touch and light-shadow change cannot be achieved by ordinary wallpaper or paint.

3.2 Ultra-Lightweight Design

   The weight of the cladding per square meter of wall is only about 3.3 kg, while the weight of gypsum 3D wall panels of the same area is usually more than 15 kg, and natural stone is even heavier. Lightweight means:

• Can be directly pasted on smooth substrates such as ordinary gypsum board partitions, old walls, glass, and metal plates;

3.3 Easy Installation, No Special Tools Required

   The panels can be cut with an ordinary utility knife or woodworking saw (only 25mm thick, cutting smoothly). During installation, apply polyurethane structural adhesive or nail-free adhesive on the back in dots or fully, and press it to the wall. For larger sizes or ceiling installation, it can be supplemented with a small number of staples or screws for fixation. Compared with traditional wet-pasted stone or ceramic tiles, there is no need for cement mortar, leveling layer, or wet maintenance, which greatly shortens the construction period.

   The factory colors cover multiple standard color systems from light moon gray to deep carbon black. Custom colors can be mixed according to Pantone color numbers or physical samples. The surface coating is divided into two layers: the bottom layer is a coloring layer, which gives the panel a base color; the top layer is a transparent protective layer (similar to the protective topcoat of PU Castle Stone), which is scratch-resistant, resistant to weak acids and alkalis, and UV-resistant. Daily cleaning only requires wiping with a damp cloth without leaving water stains.    Flame retardants are added to the polyurethane base material, reaching the Class B1 flame-retardant standard, self-extinguishing when away from fire, which meets the fire protection specifications of most public places and residential buildings. The material has no formaldehyde, benzene, or heavy metal volatile substances, passed RoHS certification, and can be used in spaces with high air quality requirements such as bedrooms and children's rooms.

5.Installation and Construction Points

   The following is the standard indoor wall installation process (applicable to flat and dry substrates):

• Substrate Treatment: Ensure the wall is free of dust, oil, and peeling paint. If the old wall has latex paint, it can be lightly sanded to increase adhesion. The flatness requirement is that the deviation of the 2m straightedge is ≤ 3mm.
• Layout and Line Setting: Snap lines on the wall according to the design drawings to mark the starting position. Since the crater texture pattern is continuous, pay attention to the texture transition between adjacent panels. It is recommended to pre-pave on the ground.
• Cutting Processing: Use a utility knife (thin panels can be cut off) or a jigsaw to cut the corners. Wear a dust mask when cutting, as PU dust may cause slight irritation.
• Gluing and Pasting: It is recommended to use polyurethane-based nail-free adhesive or epoxy resin adhesive. Apply glue on the back of the panel in "dots" or "snake-like" shape, with a glue point spacing of about 10–15cm. Press the panel to the wall and tap it gently with a rubber hammer to make it fit flat.
• Temporary Fixation: For large-size or ceiling panels, a small number of staples can be shot into inconspicuous positions on the edge with a staple gun or a strut can be used for temporary support for 24 hours.
• Joint Filling: Leave a 1–2mm natural gap between panels (or they can be closely joined). The gap can be filled with gray or black neutral mildew-proof silicone sealant and smoothed with a scraper. The crater texture itself has irregular shadows, and slight gaps do not affect the overall effect.
• Cleaning and Acceptance: After installation, wipe off the surface glue marks with a semi-dry and wet cloth. Check for edge warping and hollowing (tap to listen to the sound).

   Note: Avoid construction in high-temperature (>40℃) or low-temperature (<5℃) environments, so as not to affect the curing effect of the adhesive.
