   PU semi-circular geometric wall panels are 3D textured decorative panels specially designed for indoor walls. Made of high-density rigid polyurethane foam, the product forms regularly arranged semi-circular protrusions (similar to embossed effect) on the panel surface through mold replication technology, visually presenting waves, circular matrices, or ordered geometric rhythms. The back of the panel is flat and can be directly pasted on the wall. After installation, it produces strong light and shadow changes and tactile texture, significantly enhancing the sense of spatial hierarchy.

5.Specific Case: Wall of the Reception Area of "Yunjian Design" Studio in Shanghai

Project Background

   The reception area wall of "Yunjian Design", an interior design company in Shanghai, was an ordinary latex paint white wall, lacking characteristics. The designer hoped to reflect a sense of creativity with three-dimensional geometric elements, but required quick construction without affecting office work and a limited budget. Gypsum embossed panels were too heavy and fragile, and wood carvings were too expensive, so PU semi-circular geometric wall panels were finally selected.

Solution

   Custom-sized 1200×600mm white PU wall panels with a semi-circular diameter of 50mm were used to fully cover the 12×3-meter accent wall in the reception area. The construction team applied environmentally friendly nail-free glue directly on the original wall on a weekend, and pasted the panels one by one according to the pre-arranged drawings. 45-degree cutting and splicing were used at the external corners, and the overall effect was continuous without broken lines. No additional hoisting or welding was performed.
