PS Wall Panels: Lightweight, Waterproof & Designer-Friendly
Want the look of natural wood or stone without the high cost, complicated installation, or ongoing maintenance? PS (polystyrene) wall panels offer a smarter way to upgrade any interior wall.

What Makes PS Panels Different?
PS panels are thermoplastic decorative boards made through extrusion or foaming. The foamed version is especially lightweight, durable, moisture-resistant, and thermally efficient. With advanced surface printing and embossing, they authentically replicate wood grain, marble, slate, 3D geometric patterns, and even fluted or grille textures. Whether your style is minimalist, industrial, or light luxury, there’s a matching design.

5 Key Benefits
Ultra-light & easy to handle – One person can carry several panels. Lower shipping costs and no need for structural reinforcement.
Waterproof & mold-proof – Perfect for bathrooms, basements, kitchens, and laundry rooms. Never swells or peels – even during humid rainy seasons.
Eco-friendly & safe – No formaldehyde, no heavy metals. Recyclable and safe for homes with children.
Built-in insulation – Foamed PS blocks 25–35 dB of noise and reduces energy loss by about 15% compared to bare walls, keeping your home comfortable yearround.
Endless styles – From classic wood and stone to modern fluted, grille, or 3D wave patterns. Works with any design scheme.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: Where is your factory located?
A: Our company is located at No. 10-1 Lianhong Road, Yuanhua Town, Haining City, Zhejiang Province, China.
Q2: Are PS wall panels fire-resistant? What fire rating can they achieve?
A: PS material itself is combustible, but high-quality PS panels are made with flame retardants and can pass fire tests such as EN13501, typically reaching Class B or C (self-extinguishing). They are suitable for residential and general commercial use, but avoid installing them directly behind a stove or near open flames.
Q3: Can I use PS panels inside the shower area?
A: We recommend using them in dry zones (behind the vanity, above the toilet, etc.). Although PS panels are 100% waterproof, the shower area is subject to prolonged high heat, humidity, and direct water spray – tiles are a better choice. If you still want to use PS panels in wet areas, be sure to seal the top and edges properly and ensure good ventilation.
Q4: How do I handle the gaps between panels after installation?
A: There are three common methods: ① Fill the gaps with color-matched neutral anti-mold silicone for a clean, waterproof finish; ② Use metal edge trims (U-shaped or T-shaped) for a more refined look; ③ For some 3D embossed or grille panels, you can leave natural gaps as part of the design.
Q5: Can the size of PS panels be customized?
A: Yes. We offer standard sizes (e.g., 2400×600mm or 2440×1220mm) and also accept custom orders for thickness, length, and color. The minimum order quantity varies depending on the custom requirements – please contact our sales team for details.
Q6: Are your wall panels eco-friendly? Do they contain formaldehyde?
A: Completely eco-friendly. Our PS wall panels are manufactured without adding formaldehyde, benzene, or other harmful substances, and are certified with ISO9001 and ISO14001. The panels are recyclable and emit no odor after installation – safe for nurseries, bedrooms, and other sensitive spaces.
Why Choose Our PS Panels?
All our PS wall panels are formaldehyde-free, fully recyclable, and have passed rigorous durability and fire safety tests (CE, ISO9001). We offer dozens of finishes – from matte wood to high-gloss marble, plus the trending fluted and grille series. All products are shipped directly from our own factory, and small-batch custom orders are welcome.
